The HIPPY Home based Educator position requires good communication skills, ability to work with others, and be able to travel. This position includes travel to weekly home visits, travel to weekly staff trainings in Beebe, organizing and hosting monthly group meetings, light computer work, paperwork, and recruiting families to join the HIPPY program.  A dependable vehicle is needed for travel. A CDA is the minimum educational requirement for this position and may be obtained after hiring. This position is classified and is based on a classified pay scale provided by the district.
